Excelente servicio, trato muy amable, instalaciones de acuerdo a la descripción, cómodas y confortables, el tiempo que estuvimos hospedadas siempre tuvimos una atención cordial, además de información sobre el lugar, el servicio de desayuno muy rico. 100 % recomendado
Lo que más destacaría es el servicio y la atención al huésped, estupendo. Las habitaciones bastante bien, amplias. El desayuno muy rico, y la ubicación también muy bien, ya que aunque no está en el mero centro, se llega rápido y fácil caminando. Ah, y tiene una vista fabulosa!
I have been coming and recommending this hotel for years. The best hotel, with the best view of Cuetzalan town. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast is always incredible delicious. This hotel is such a gem!
The hotel is clean a bit far from the town center (about a mile) but if you're planning to hike and get in shape is perfect. Don't make the reservation on line, you'll be overcharged, call instead, the rates at the time of my stay was $650 MXN peso for one person and $850 for two, I paid 30 percent more because I made the reservation on line. If you are staying at this place make sure to remind the manager to turn the water heater ON otherwise be ready for a cold shower. Regardless enjoy the experience.
Pasé el fin de semana del 15 de septiembre con mis familia y la pasamos de maravilla, buen servicio, un lugar muy tranquilo con una gran vista de todo Cuetzalan. El hospedaje incluye desayuno el cual es delicioso y muy abundante. Siempre estuvieron al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, sin duda 100% recomendable, nosotros regresaremos.
Este hotel es una excelente opción para hospedarte cuando vayas a Cuetzalan, si bien no se encuentra en el centro del pueblo, no queda a más de 10 minutos caminando y tiene estacionamiento, aunque debes tomar en cuenta que, como en todo Cuetzalan, debes caminar en subida. Por otro lado, la atención es excelente, las habitaciones están muy bien y además el desayuno que sirven es muy rico y es perfecto para no salir temprano del hotel y disfrutar tranquilo de los alimentos, la vista desde la terraza es muy bonita y el dueño te puede recomendar tanto tours como restaurante para que te lleven los alimentos en caso de que ya no quieras salir
